Description
This is a very popular site, which has been used for large scale and small scale shoots in the past. Unit 12 is a 3 storey Victorian block, in good condition, with a great rooftop. Unit 4 is a fully dressed office and factory floor (used to be a printers). Other units are a bit more tatty, some with low ceilings.

There is plenty of space to park your unit nearby, all off street.
