This location is available for hire on short term or long term contracts, it is very flexible with high ceiling heights on the top floor. There is not so much traffic noise. Several Productions have used this as a combination of a build and production office space.

There is parking at the site of the building off street. Large units will need to suspend parking via Southwark Film Office.
